Spray the frying pan with cooking spray, add 3 T butter and cook over medium. When butter melts put salmon skin side down, and sprinkle the top completely with McCormick's Cajun seasoning. Cook 6 minutes, flip, and reduce heat to low. Butter is brown, and seasoning side turns that beautiful dark brown.
