Icecream and diet

I didn't ate so much during these holidays, mostly cause I was sick for many days.
Anyway I was like: "After the holidays I'll eat vegetables and stay light and blahblah".
I just discovered that my freezer is full of icecream we didn't ate cause there was too much others sweet food etc. Thanks to a friend of mine...
