anyone here love tea how many cups do u take daily

smartkhalid sometimes in a day six or seven cups I drink it by the pint pot both at home and at work so I am tea bound and never need to be far away from a toilet as you can imagine

Love nice strong cup of tea about5 a day first one in the morning before work kettle goes on straight away when I get up

I like tea before I go to sleep

about three cups a day

Like 7 cups

If I drink it at all one cup...I love tea and would drink many more but have adrenal issues so that's not good.

Who makes proper tea with real tea and tea strainer not tea bags
