Last night I made homemade pizza with a tapioca-coconut flour crust, also made fava bean soup because it was cold yesterday and I crave soup when it's cold. I made Brazilian tapioca cheese rolls the night before, they are really, really good if you like bread with cheese...they are crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside, if you make too many and keep them uncovered they'll stay crisp, if you enclose them in a bag they'll get soft but they are still chewy.
