What's your favorite sandwich build out?

For me.. Capicola, salami, lean ham and roast beef. Mayonnaise and honey mustard. Lettuce, claussen pickle slices, light onion, peppers, cucumber, black olives, sharp cheddar or parmesan cheese. Mmm

Okay, now we're into some serious questions here.

For the bread I just like a decent sandwich bread.

Fried egg - fried in duck fat because life is worth it.

Leftover rare roast beef sliced paper thin.

Tomato. And a good one. Shitty tomatoes taste shitty.

Scallions sliced into long strips and shocked in cold water so they get curly.

Sharp cheddar or gouda.

Pickles or olives or something briny.

For spreads, dijon mustard and sriracha mayo.
