Find a place you can totally relax with nothing from the outside from radios to voices and then just close your eyes and relax but don't sleep and free your mind of the thoughts

Yup. Technique is guaranteed to even PREVENT migraines for up to two weeks...

Ready...?

On the back of your skull, where the spine connects...? Should be a little notch, about the size of your thumb.

Speaking of thumbs, take that thumb, and press it firmly (but not too hard) INTO this notch. (note: it is easier if someone else is doing this for you)

Begin moving the thumb in a circular motion within/around the notch.

Do this for roughly 5 minutes. Headache should be gone before you are done. ;)

Distract yourself from thinking about whatever it is bugging you. My daughter said doing crafts made her headaches go away...and she was young when she said it. I knew they were tension headaches.

I would suggest soothing music or video with headphones in a darkened room. Try a "Gentle Whispering" ASMR video - search for her on YouTube . Also, take three or four Ibuprofen tablets every six hours.

@Byron8by7 If you are not familiar with ASMR videos (there are thousands on YouTube), do a search to familiarize yourself with the concept. Although I do not experience ASMR myself, I find the videos very relaxing - I use them to help me fall asleep. (I have lots of stress.) I hope this is helpful.
Without any painkiller, like... dark deep sounds (like dark-sounding classical music such as "Time"), in a dark room, curtains down... Cool pillow on my head/eyes :3 and fresh air.
Cold or warm wash cloth to the face concentrating on the eyes. You will feel the relief almost immediately. You can wet the cloth as many times as you need until the pain is gone.

Just lie in a dark room and close your eyes. Take deep breaths... relax. Hopefully enough to fall asleep. This is if your headache isn't very bad though.

get your boyfriend to give you a massage, drink a lot of water and go lie down a bit
Heat up a face towel in really hot water, wring it out and drape it over the whole of your face...it feels amazing
