Is Mother's day- father's day - Valentines day cringy and uncomfortable for you

I never cared for celebrating the made up "Holidays" my mom makes a big deal if I don't at least tell my dad happy Father's day. It puts me on the spot. My daughter is glad I don't make a big deal about it. Neither one of really care. It's just another day
