What vegetable side would/will you serve with honey baked ham?

Cheesy potatoes are a given, so probably not a second thing with cheese.

Ham always has to have some sort of cheesy potatoes, my step sister makes hers in a slow cooker with shredded hashbrowns, cheddar and sour cream.
