(Almost!) 2 month progress in legs.

I’m excitedddd

For context, I am 5’1 and 103 pounds

Both photos were taken on rest day in the best lighting that I can manage :)

I’m seeing a little progress! I definitely want to address my hamstrings and calves a bit more, though.

What I’ve been doing for quads and nonexistent glutes:

• Walking lunges
• Glute bridges
• Goblet squats
• Leg press + Leg extension machines
• Hip abductor machine

What I’ll be focusing on more for hamstrings:

• Single leg RDLs
• Kettlebell deadlifts
• Seated curl machine isolations

People recommend Bulgarian squats, but I’m not interested and I don’t have the balance for it, ha

@JRVanguard Aw, thanks! I’m doing my best :^) They say that you really start to see results around the 3-6 month mark

@Dan193 A little, I guess 😅 I see most of the progress in my quads :)

@Sorceress nah, looks like a lot of it, I mean progress.

Consistency is so small accomplishment in a life where everything is inconsistent! I’ve been learning how to prove that to myself as well. So I know the challenge. I used to work out as well, but health conditions have taken that part of my life away. Let’s both stay consistent in our goals. Life is so much better when you’re productive.

I’ve been tracking every day that I’ve gone to the gym this month and I’m pretty happy with how I’ve been doing :^) Just seeing that I *am* capable of being consistent has been rewarding
