Do all these people who post health and fitness stuff on social media actually enjoy their lives?

Always like no salt, no sugar, no carbs, no red meat, no fun. Or look at me, I woke up at 3:30am and ran 5 miles.
Like dude, I can limit my portions, get up at 8 and run to get the same results and not put myself through hell. There's no need to stress yourself out.
