Apparently I'm 4cm taller than before

As part of opening a savings account at a new bank, they insisted on doing a quote for their in-house life insurance. Part of completing that was they needed my height, and measured me. Apparently I'm actually 168cm/5'6" and not 164cm/5'4"

This post is because this new information has confused me and upended all I previously believed, so need to get it out of my head.
