Insurance taking their time

I’m irritated by my insurance. Just I’ve done everything they said, did the blood work and they still haven’t approved paying for my new med, or helping pay. So I told my caseworker and she’s trying to get more info on it. Just looking like I’m going to be waiting a long time.
