During Covid, I got Cigna. The worst part about any non-employment insurance is that there is usually a 6 month wait to be able to use it and a 3 year wait to get full value. If gotten through your employer, I know Cigna pays at the 3 year rates immediately.

If you're in the US, it's not a major benefit. I have private insurance, it comes with dental. The dental part if $80 per month, that's $960. The policy pays a total of $2,000 per year. So, if you get even minor work, you're going to blow through the $2K in no time. But that's still $1K or so in savings.
