The only meaningful thing you can do is work on your job search plan... what can you do, what are the places where you might work, who do you know who might help you in any way. Working on the search plan will give you some sense of purpose and get you doing something positive about the situation, which is the feeling you need to have.
A lot of people have to go through this at some point. I did, and it was really rough although it worked out to be all right. Keep in mind that your feelings of being lost, hurt, whatever you are feeling, are natural and not a weakness in you. You've been hurt and you feel it, there's nothing weak about that. As best you can, get past that by concentrating on what you have to do to get to the next place.
Good luck with it.... it's hard to imagine now, but it will work out.
