What kind of suggestion do you provide me?

The bank where I am working right now is going to get merge with another bank. After merger, there is alot of chance that our staff will be dismissed and will be removed. I dont know what should I do. I am kind of lost. Can someone give me some idea or way for this.

First of have faith in youry
If you work realyhard for your bank then no one can dismiss you,never give them reason to do that
And as it's getting merge do know all details about future increment and you are feeling there is achance of getting dismissed then search for another job
It's better to initiate now than later
