Prove it! Prove to me who you are?

Got a new card for the bank in the mail and went through playing twenty questions to prove who I am then it says I have to talk to someone..... Wait five minutes ..
So I asked them to prove who they were!
Through them totally off kilter. They had no way of doing it!


Eventually got a supervisor and went back and forth on my address and phone numbers so that we could both agree that we were who we said we were.
