@nedkelly It should be that way. People pay taxes all their lives. Also, this is normal human care, and every person is entitled to this under the Sun and God/dess.
I knew there was a reason those Aussies are so calm and fun to be around, their composure is not rattled or dissembled like the people from N.A. especially the U.S.
