My brother just opened my eyes to the potential of my student debt

I have some of the money saved away from it and I intend on spending it on buying an apartment, so basically all of this money that I'm not paying back to the student debt that has a fairly low interest rate, instead goes towards my mortgage to reduce the size of the loan with a much higher interest rate... mind blown 🤯 I'm glad I loaned 100%
