I really feel bad for not having enough savings at my age

I was too complacent that my parents will support me. But this night, I broke down into tears when my father mock me for not having a full time job. I feel so bad because why he would bad mouth me when I'm his only child working and contributing to our bills even if I am only doing part time. Also, I feel bad that he is right. I went to so many interviews for the past 4 months and most of them, I failed.
