I'd buy up apartment buildings and some single family homes in an over inflated city and single handedly crash such an over inflated rental market in a well advertised rent war slashing rental rates from $1,500-$2,500 a month to $450-$800 a month only primarily renting to tenants moving out of the $1,500-$2,500 a month units in sudden mass numbers.
