Does the date you make a payment appear on your credit reoprt or do other banks/creditors see it?

So if I make a payment tomorrow, outside of the person I pay to and the credit beuaru, who sees it? If a doctor runs a soft pull do they get to see these dates?

They see your outstanding dept, your income, your net worth, and any late payments or loan defaults( credit history) , as well as how many lines of credit you have active. They do not track payments because you dont owe them the money.
