I'm so glad I didn't buy three tickets for this weekend's live fights

Back when the event's VIP tickets went on sale in late July, I considered buying three for myself, my wife and Desmond. Last time, I bought two for my wife and I, but she frickin' canceled on me the day they were taking place (which really pissed me off, lol.) But luckily, Desmond was around that weekend, so I invited him instead and we both got to enjoy an exciting night of live MMA fights from our first-row seats. This time, I considered buying three for both my wife and Desmond, but at $125 a ticket, they're not cheap. When it came down to it, I only purchased two. Fortunately, everything has fallen into place again. I offered them to my wife first, but she said she didn't want to go (informing me ahead of time, thank gawd). With that, I'll just bring Desmond along again. We both happen to be avid MMA fans and last time, while we were mainly wrapped up in the intensity of the fights taking place, it ended up being a nice bonding experience for us too. One I can't wait to share with him again this weekend. ☺
