Mountain run today, I run 3 circles, about 40 minutes of running at the nearby mountain... Slowly I see how I'm getting better at things, like here I do full situps hanging from my legs from a tree in the garden. I can do a little more than 10, I also don't push myself to the fullest because I need some energy to go down 🤭
