Kung Fu Life / Sit-ups hanging upside down from a tree(:

Mountain run today, I run 3 circles, about 40 minutes of running at the nearby mountain... Slowly I see how I'm getting better at things, like here I do full situps hanging from my legs from a tree in the garden. I can do a little more than 10, I also don't push myself to the fullest because I need some energy to go down 🤭

No wonder that it's 20.00 but I'm already preparing for bed 🛏️🌛

@MartinTheFirst yes I always feel good seeing my progress.. sometimes it takes so long for me to level up, but when eventually I'm seeing it, it feels good ❤️

@MartinTheFirst give yourself the time that you need. You know sometimes we need some time to digest, to integrate certain experiences and feelings and that's okay too. But yeah keep your eyes focused..

My personal goal is to manage a handstand.
It's incredibly difficult for me, considering I'm having shoulder dislocations. But that's why it's exciting and a challenge plus I give myself 3 years to accomplish this.. I'm at the level headstand next to the wall. Taking it slow..:)
