Do you have a stance?

Yes, I speak of a fighting stance.

Mine, is a defensive to parry stance; I wait for the aggressor to make the first move, then I react to it.

What about yours?

Growing up, the my neighbor friends and had would play fight til it gets too serious. Looking back, it was very much like fight club.

Ever since I was a kid I instinctively put my shin up. Is that a good stance? I don’t know. Probably not because I can be off balance.
Nitedoc · 51-55, M
@Bignakedguy No. Off balance, shin is a painful place to be hit and the knee cap can be shattered easily in this position.

Just your basic MMA stance. I practiced for a few years when i was younger. Same sort of aproach, counter rather than attack. Try to tire them out and end in submission.

My general stance is called a "neutral bow" in kenpo karate. :-)

My fighting stance is called “the fetal position”. It really confuses the opponent.
Yep. The best.

@jeancolby What if you don't have your gun on you? Good to learn some self-defense moves, just in case! :-)

@jeancolby Very true! If someone were to attack another human being, unprovoked, he would not deserve to live!

Closed stance usually, (modified jenkutsu dachi), and I try to strike first.

What would be the point? I am pummeled with ease. I have pace. This is all.
