Can petite do marital arts to defend themselves?

Why go for the face?

Knees, groin, solar plexis, shin. acheilles heel. The Diaphragm. Oh the Diaphragm is by far my favourite. Hit them there and they will be to busy coughing to continue a fight.

@iamelijah That's harder then it looks in the movies. Either you miss completely, miss the mark and piss them off. Throw your back out trying. Or you accidentally kill them.
If your successful with the other areas I mentioned. You can always follow through for your knock out blow when their safely at your level.

@Thevy29 hahah. You're right. Groin is the best part to neutralize their attack. I watched too much UFC. Lol. Why would I think like that. 🤣
