Sis is sparring again 😱

I noticed she has a big fucking welt on her leg and a bruise on her side! She says she’s taking up sparring matches again! She’s trained in boxing and jiu-jitsu and was training to be an MMA fighters years ago, but she abandoned that to become a singer. She’d take up the occasional sparring match, but it’s been years! She says she’s just been getting the itch to spar again. She’s still in great physical shape and still knows her training, so I suppose she’s still got it… I don’t like the idea of seeing her get all marked up again though. 🥺
