How many rings do you have ?

Way too many. I had to sell my aquamarine with diamonds when the ex became disabled, and I loved that ring...a LOT. I cracked the stone on my opal ring...it had beautiful colors, and when I got divorced I gave my son my diamond ring and diamond earrings...basically got rid of ALL the jewelry the 3rd ex ever gave me.

Unfortunately I couldn't stop the longing I had for my beautiful aquamarine...so I started to buy really super cheap imitations. Whenever I had a horrible longing to have my ring back, I would put on the cheap ring(s), and then I would remember how uncomfortable it is to wear a ring all the time...and whoosh! I would be over it! 🤣🤣🤣

@4meAndyou I do love aquamarine also. There is something ethereal about that gem. I do not think men understand why women love rings. I am not sure I understand that special appeal either.

@revenant It was a marquise cut, completely natural aquamarine with a gorgeous natural blue hue. Set in white gold. Nothing like topaz. The little diamonds each had their own tiny rainbows inside. I was a sparkly junkie for that ring.

@revenant Nope. He wanted to sell it to his step-sister/Aunt, and I couldn't bear the thought of seeing her wear it in front of me. He was extremely insensitive.

@4meAndyou I get it. You do not want to see a personal item on somebody close to you lol ! that is too weird.

@revenant It would have cut me to the bone every time I saw it. He didn't understand things like that.
