Healing and mind control. I want to help people more than I want to hurt people (not tryna be all high and mighty, I think most people feel that way). Combat powers are good, but if you can control people's minds, why fight?
@SarahConnorT800 I have to say, the Deep is one of the most realistic portrayals I've ever seen of somebody dealing with his body changing like that. He's ashamed of what he looks like naked, and he projects that self-hatred onto the women around him, which then leads him to resent them for perceived disgust that they don't actually have for him, because it's all going on in his own broken head.
Sorry, I know we're keeping it light and talking about the powers, but I just had to point that out. They did a really good job of writing his personality disorder.
