I spent this afternoon teaching my roommate to cook vegan macaroni with nutritional yeast.

He said he liked it more than he thought he would. I'm trying to give him the recipe now so he makes it for himself again. We made 6 servings so that'll give him plenty of time to get hooked. 😇

@ASLAN Yeah, he's a pretty cool dude. He's from Korea actually, and had to serve in the military for a couple years. But yeah, guess they don't teach hyou how to cook much in the South Korean military lol.
