No, not really. Some are just to absurd to justify going through with the bet.
Your body, your choice! No bet should trump that.
And say in a poker game, you put up your expensive car and the other guy does too...That's just stupid and definitely extreme. If i won this bet, I'd mess with the guys head some, but i would not take his keys.
It's a matter of morals, values and integrity.

@Montanaman Good values! But... would they be reciprocated? You don't bet like that with friends and friends don't bet with you beyond an acceptable limit.
