I discovered from a young age that It's not an easy thing to answer. Sometimes people get mutual enjoyment out of betting sometimes not. Sometimes people can even get cruel, take advantage, or be abusive.
Here's what I think: I don't think forcing someone to honor a bet that they are not willing to pay would sit well with me. I would also stand up for others that are feeling pressured to do something they really don't want to do. Same thing with dares. I might tease them over making such a bet in the first place but I'd call off the bet. I would not have the heart to hurt, embarrass make them uncomfortable, or humiliate or cause resentment, stress, grief, etc to someone by making them honor a stupid bet over a stupid game or gamble. It's just not important.
People make.mistakes, and Ill betting can be one of them. In general I'd say it's a good idea to never make a bet that you are not willing to pay. But it's a worse idea to hurt someone because of gambling or because you desire to prove your win by calling in the debt as entertainment by making the other party suffer in some way. It's just not cool, be satisfied by your own win and not in hurting someone else. There are better things to focus on.
People often talk about honoring ones bet. But what about the honor of the person holding the debt over the person's head? They could easily call it off. There is no honor in forcing someone to do something they don't want to do out of cruel amusement and disrespect or to rub in their loss in their face.
Oh gross, I just realized what category this is. I thought the question was about bets in general.

@ronisme1 yeah.
I'm a bit shocked by how many commenters here are like "you have to do it."
Why?
Only do it if you 100 percent want to. Full stop.
I think some people perceive or use the power dynamic between the winner and loser in a betting situation as a consensual consquence-less abuse situation sometimes. "It's ok for me to treat you this way because I won, or it's ok because you lost" and I'm entitled to it. Fulfilling a bet is not a game. It's real life. And it's not ok to use betting to hurt someone (including nonconsensual sex). It's not an excuse. If you hurt someone, bet or not, it just makes you a bad person. It does not make you a big winner who got what was coming to him...
I don't think there is any legally binding bets that involve sex. You can back out of a bad bet, and learn not to make them again. You can back out if someone tries to treat you like property and uses you as their bet (happened to me once)
I'm saying that for anyone reading this.
I'm saying "No, don't do something you don't want to do". The only people you'll lose reputation with are the kind of people who have little to no empathy, want to use you, and didn't care about you anyway. Good riddance to them anyway.

@Scribbles You got it! It's one thing to bet something that is YOURS and which you control..... a spouse is not one of those things....he/she may be married to you, but you do not OWN him/her.

@JollyRoger yeah.
I just had to make the point here that I don't like people with despicable morals who only care about using others and dehumanizing them. No one should
Glorifying the person who wants to force prostitution on someone (no matter the situation) is super fucked up. So is telling the person that they 'have to pay up". That is really despicable. There is NOTHING good in that. it's just making a bad situation worse.
