What thing is popular with others that you can't understand...

Sleeping with someone purely based on how they look, like a complete strangers.

Another one, finding someone attractive but not being interested in them past looks.

Having to have a constant sound track to their life, with something blaring on some device up to and including ear buds (hopefully) in public.

Paying exorbitant prices for take out or delivery food that is going to be luke warm at best as well as probably saturated with far too much salt and sugar. Or doing the same at a stand-up counter "restaurant". If I'm going to pay those prices, I want to sit and be served while the food is hot from the stove.

Paying the exorbitant prices to stand at bar counters, or mill around, playing bar games, having a DJ blast music at me, at a sporting event. If you're not going to watch the game, why not just go to a bar -- here's a clue, they even have sports bars with the game on Big Screen High Def TVs if you need the background noise -- and if you want to do the bar scene, why pay the admission costs to the sporting event? Just to annoy and block the view of those who actually want to watch the game?

@dancingtongue I worked several minimum wage jobs as a youngster .
Those jobs are necessary as entry points to employment .
It’s called “minimum” for a reason . If you’re an adult working minimum wage job, expect a minimum life.
dancingtongue · 80-89, M
@AthrillatheHunt I did as well. But there was a middle class back in those days as well; not so much these days given the great disparity in pay schedules these days. And for many of those adults working minimum wage jobs, it is a second job because their regular job doesn't pay a living wage either.

@dancingtongue I guess you could say things are tough all over .
Kissing up to bad people

The social heirarchy thing (like, are we animals?)

The hypersexual nature of westerners

Having certain ideologies or beliefs be offensive to challenge even in the slightest. Gotta support or support type mentality

Everything I couldn’t relate less to society if I physically tried and I do try to not relate to society

I would rather be a hermit than relate to people eating tide pods for a tiktok challenge
Any show on TV that involves people singing. Any show on TV that involves the Kardashians. White claw or any drink of that sort.
KingofPizza2 · 36-40, M
@SheCallsMeCrushDaddy Ugh yes all of these things also.

White claw in particular- it’s the beverage equivalent of beige.
wildbill83 · 36-40, M
@SheCallsMeCrushDaddy I'd rather eat dirt than drink that nasty seltzer water/hard seltzer... 🤔

Always focusing on a topic related to sex.
DylanGuy · 22-25, M
@PaleandPolluted And it seems the growing norm across social media.
It honestly gets very boring.
PaleandPolluted · 36-40, F
@DylanGuy if i connected with someone romantically i can imagine that being an interesting topic but the people on here who look through someones groups and pick out the sexual ones need to f*ck off.
DylanGuy · 22-25, M
@PaleandPolluted Even in romance sex is boring anyway.
Yeah, I don't get that either, nor pineapple on pizza.
PaleandPolluted · 36-40, F
@NerdyPotato i get pineapple on pizza.
@PaleandPolluted blasphemy!
