Try (cotton or fleece) lined tracksuit pants. The lining is absorbent: from personal experience they can hold between 2 and 5 fairly large pees provided they are peed into slowly to give the lining time to absorb it. The mostly waterproof outer layer (expect the seams to be very much not waterproof) will keep the pee from passing all the way through. Elastic at the cuff / ankle will help to keep any which does run down from leaking out...again peeing slowly helps

What about a tena lady pad or similar inside your pants or tena also do pants designed for weak bladders that have an absorbent pad instead of a normal gusset, they are essentially like a discreet pull-up and are usually perfumed too to mask odours.
