I Farted

I did, just a few minutes ago in fact! See I was in line at the grocery store, cart full of all sorts of things, when I feel a familiar pressure. Since my gas earlier in the day had been relatively non-smelly, I chance letting it out gently, which goes according to plan. Silent and undetected! About three seconds later, I take a sniff... and whoops! Sulfrous and eggy... my face turns bright red, and I laugh a little bit in spite of myself... which lets the REST of the fart out. This one was NOT silent, a deep rumbler that seemed to never end.

The line cleared out fast behind me, and a couple brave customers came by to try and wait behind me before the lingering smell drove them away too. 😂

This thing must have hung around for at least 5 minutes. So embarrassed, but so proud.
