Well I've seen it all now. Enema Olympics. I don't think I will try out for it. Let's go the gentle way, nice and slow with abdominal massage and oral sex. This might make a bit of a mess of the bathroom 😂

@SecretSquirrel yes, I'm not sure you'd get better hydration from an enema. It's probably the same as drinking but I always seem to feel better - lighter and more energized - after having an enema. Could possibly be more in my mind than anything else though.
