Wet bed in 20s

I wet bed all through my youth but have now started again. I have terrible nightmares is anyone like me?

Hugs. Hope you are wearing diapers to bed then. Other wise hopefully it will mysteriously stop.
Been a long time since I have had a major night mare. Good thoughts.
