Wet bed in 20s

I wet bed all through my youth but have now started again. I have terrible nightmares is anyone like me?

Hugs. Hope you are wearing diapers to bed then. Other wise hopefully it will mysteriously stop.

Maybe it's stress related or a medical thing? I think people who had overage bedwetting when they were younger are probably more likely to experience it later in life.
