I love those old painted railway posters.

At the Gare de Lyon in Paris, there is a restaurant called Le Train Bleu which has the original paintings on the wall for the pre-war posters for the Blue Train to the Côte d'Azur; each of the destinations is depicted.

Excellent brasserie too.

@skimpyboy Don't be so sure those holidays were "affordable". Yes, people could afford a week at the seaside but it was still expensive for its time.
