Where is the best place to buy a ski jacket? [I Like Vintage Clothing]

I am about to move north to a place I once lived many years ago, Portland, Oregon. From my past experience there, I will need a good warm jacket, probably a ski jacket. And a rain hat.
Any ideas or suggestions?

The best prices would be through Amazon but, Eastern Mountain Sports has all the quality ski jackets like The North Face, Columbia, etc. Maybe go to one of their stores, try on jackets, then after finding a couple you like, you might want to go onto Amazon and see if you can find it there cheaper. If it's not any cheaper on Amazon, you can always buy it online at Eastern Mountain Sports if their store is too far away from you.

You also have LL Bean and Dick's Sporting Goods too.

@SW-User Columbia is a good brand, a little pricey but you can wear it for over a decade without something breaking like the zipper.

@cherokeepatti Yep. They really hold up well. Living in New England, you get to know which ones will keep you warm and worth the money in the long run.
