There is this lady at work she has a lot of tattoos. She notice I have a few myself. She asked me if she can put a tattoo on me. To make it fair I could put any tattoo on her. I am kind of thinking about doing it

No I would not for obvious hygiene reasons. It is one thing to have a tattoo done by a professional that is aware of the risks involved, that uses safe ink and that acts responsibly and a person that does it "for fun" and that you don't know how clean her instruments are and that has probably not much experience.
