A 16 year old is too young to get a tattoo, don't you agree?

They need to wait 2 years. Why are they so mad? Tattoos are for criminals anyway. Of course they will agree with what their best friend say. I don't care though. My opinion. I don't have tattoos.

I think tattoos are discusgong. I know it is a form of expression. I don’t like them on men nor do I like them on women. Why would a beautiful creature mark their bodies with a thing called skin art. ?

Waste of time and money, not to mention what they will look like in 25 years.
