A 16 year old is too young to get a tattoo, don't you agree?

They need to wait 2 years. Why are they so mad? Tattoos are for criminals anyway. Of course they will agree with what their best friend say. I don't care though. My opinion. I don't have tattoos.

I think it would be great if there was a tattoo that could completely fade after being on the skin for two years.
