A 16 year old is too young to get a tattoo, don't you agree?

They need to wait 2 years. Why are they so mad? Tattoos are for criminals anyway. Of course they will agree with what their best friend say. I don't care though. My opinion. I don't have tattoos.

Getting one is not a decision to make lightly. Unless someone is already covered then it don't matter.
I would say if someone is going to get one, they should at least go to a good artist and not just some guy at the bar that does them real cheap.
