A 16 year old is too young to get a tattoo, don't you agree?

They need to wait 2 years. Why are they so mad? Tattoos are for criminals anyway. Of course they will agree with what their best friend say. I don't care though. My opinion. I don't have tattoos.

Lol. The attitude towards tattoos has changed a lot where it's cool to have them. My 18-year old nephew has gotten close to a dozen by now.

But I agree, it's better to wait to be of legal age, where the person can be held accountable in case he or she makes a really bad decision of the design or tattoo site.
