A 16 year old is too young to get a tattoo, don't you agree?

They need to wait 2 years. Why are they so mad? Tattoos are for criminals anyway. Of course they will agree with what their best friend say. I don't care though. My opinion. I don't have tattoos.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with waiting until one is 18. If getting a tattoo is the right thing for a person to do, it’ll still be so in two years.
