A 16 year old is too young to get a tattoo, don't you agree?

They need to wait 2 years. Why are they so mad? Tattoos are for criminals anyway. Of course they will agree with what their best friend say. I don't care though. My opinion. I don't have tattoos.

Definitely. Any 25 year old is gonna be pissed at anything their dipshit 16 year old self thinks is cool enough to put on themselves forever. Also, a 40 year old is probably gonna feel the same way about the 25.
