My friends want me to get a tattoo but I don’t want to

For years now my friends keep bugging me and pressuring me to get a tattoo, at least one they say 🙄
But I honestly don’t want to get tatted because I don’t really know what I would get (if I did) And I’ve heard stories about people regretting their tattoos ☹️ I kinda don’t like them ( I don’t hate on anyone that has them, personally they just aren’t my thing)

Any advice, tips or opinions? (be nice please) 😅

You dont need to get one. Man what if it doesn't turn out?. A couple of guys i work with have tats. Some look really bad.

@Eddiesolds that’s why you gotta pay big money. My fellow Canadian where I go is $250 an hour. That’s what it cost to sit in the seat and get stuck.

@Funlov I look at my bosses tattoos. Man they are so beautiful.im sure he paid alot of money. Another guy has a dagger . It doesnt even look like a dagger. Lmfao

@Eddiesolds it’s like anything in life right you get what you pay for I fly to California that’s where I get my artwork done so I’m getting some more done so I sent an email out my appointment is for 2024. that’s the earliest they could get me in there so busy you know they’re good when you got a book a year in advance

@Funlov yes.There are a couple places like that here. Its a very long waiting list.

@Eddiesolds like I said anything good you’re gonna wait it’s gonna cost you know that look at the homes in Calgary what they cost you can buy a decent house and a right neighbourhood a nice neighbourhood starting prices 700,000 even at that you got a remodel it put another 150 grand into it

@Funlov i had one in Willowpark. Then i left my ex wife. It was a beautiful place. The one i live in now was vlose to 450,000. Nothing is cheap here. Lol

@Eddiesolds no and it’s only going to get harder. I don’t know how young people can afford to buy a home they must live month a month.

@Funlov I do wonder about the younger generation. Man it sounds so hard for them.even to have a good paying job.i see my nephews struggling. Renting is such a waste of money.Id hate that

@Eddiesolds yes I hear you I have guys that work for me like most of my employees probably make 155 maybe a bit more thousand a year but the way they spend money big diesel trucks got houses got campers I don’t understand it, and they’re only young like in their late 20s

@Funlov I never made money like that when i was in my 20's. Im very close to the amount you just mentioned. Thank god for that. Im.pretty blessed.

@Eddiesolds yeah it’s just what the industry pays now right you know that oil and gas is just stupid a labourer makes 30 bucks an hour $35 an hour

@Funlov you're right. Thats good money. They must make good overtime pay also. I like working 8 hours a day. Thats it..I did all that over time crap years ago. No more for me.

@Eddiesolds see because I’m in the oil and gas so I do reclamation bill drill and pads so the guys drive their own trucks right with fuel tanks in the back so they get $140 a day every day for their truck on top of their pay then if they’re out of town they get $285 a day living allowance adds up on top of what they make an hour

@Eddiesolds they do OK you know when I started before I started. My company are used to work for Suncor. I made good money that’s how I started. My company for boys come a long ways.

@Funlov I didnt have a clue what i was going to do with my life. I just knew that i loved cars. So i ended up doing autobody. I love renovating houses also. I l3ft my trade to renovate for awhile..i renovated for 6 years for a company. It was fun. Lol!

@Eddiesolds actually I buy homes I want to company on the side I flip homes I hire contractors all the time just some thing I started doing about 10 years ago and I like huge car collection cars more than bikes old trucks. I think I’m up to about 17.

Maybe you can give me a price on doing some work and I just bought a couple old trucks to 68 Ford F 100s, but I want them put back original not jacked up nothing
