No - more accurately, allowed no tattoo.
I'm not sure but I think it would be illegal in the UK anyway. Possibly other countries too.
(I've never understood the appeal of tattoos, but if an adult wants to be tattooed by his or her own volition - not pressured into it by anyone including, relatives, friends or partners - that's a matter of personal choice.)
