No - more accurately, allowed no tattoo.
I'm not sure but I think it would be illegal in the UK anyway. Possibly other countries too.
(I've never understood the appeal of tattoos, but if an [i]adult[/i] wants to be tattooed by his or her own volition - [i]not[/i] pressured into it by anyone including, relatives, friends or partners - that's a matter of personal choice.)
