Tattoos can get you banned now

There is a woman in the UK who is banned from the local pub, her children's nativity play and says no one will employ her. She is covered in tattoos, a lot she has done herself or got her kids to do. Do you think some people have gone too far with tattoos?

I have a few tats, when I got them, I considered the risk they might have to employment one day. I decided I would not get any that weren't able to be covered with business casual clothing. It was a good call for me, I have never had a promotion or position I applied for to be questionable because of a tattoo I have. I have sat in on interviews where the conversation after the applicant revolved around tats and or piercings, people have not been hired because of their appearance. I support everyone's right to do as they wish with their own body but employers have a right to choose who represents their company interests.

We are all judged on our appearance and habits, smoker/non smoker, tats, no tats, weight, language, it all gets looked at and evaluated.
